Chongqing Advanced Materials Company's 15Nm³/h Skid-Mounted Integrated PEM Hydrogen Production System In December 2024, the 15Nm³/h skid-mounted integrated hydrogen production system manufactured by Shanghai H-Ray successfully arrived in Chongqing. This system has a hydrogen production rate of 15Nm³/h under rated conditions, with a rated DC energy consumption of 4.1 kWh/Nm³H₂, a hydrogen purity of ≥99.999%, an adaptability range of 10% to 110%, and a design lifespan of ≥80,000 hours. This system adopts a highly integrated design, combining hydrogen production, gas-liquid separation, purification, power supply, and control into a standard 20-foot container. Currently, the project has been running continuously and stably, providing the customer with a steady supply of green hydrogen. This promotes the decarbonization transformation in the field of materials science manufacturing, aligns with the customer's environmental and sustainable development philosophy, and jointly commits to reducing the environmental impact during the production process.
