Recently, a delegation of four from a renowned marble cutting company in Turkey, filled with anticipation for the future of the green hydrogen industry, made a special trip to visit Shanghai H-Ray Co., Ltd. to explore potential collaboration opportunities.
Upon arrival, the Turkish delegation, guided by Mr. Dalin Hu, Vice President of Shanghai H-Ray, first toured the company's exhibition hall. Here, the diverse range of exhibits and a sand table showcasing the entire hydrogen energy industry chain provided them with an intuitive understanding of H-Ray's profound expertise in the PEM hydrogen production field, earning their continuous praise. Subsequently, the Turkish visitors entered H-Ray's production workshop, where they witnessed the most advanced manufacturing equipment and well-organized production processes, gaining a clear appreciation of H-Ray's production capabilities.
The Turkish company has achieved significant success in fields such as automated manufacturing. Its business spans two major sectors: food machinery and stone machinery. In food machinery, it boasts advanced equipment for dough stretching and pastry processing, while in stone machinery, its grinding, cutting, and filling equipment is highly regarded. The company has established a strong foothold in the industry through innovative design, robust quality, and excellent service.
The core technology and team of Shanghai H-Ray Co., Ltd. originate from the Shanghai Advanced Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Fortune Global 500 company. The company focuses on the R&D, industrialization, application, and solutions for proton exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolysis hydrogen production. Adhering to the philosophy of "focusing on national strategies, benchmarking against international standards, collaborating on innovation, and achieving mutual success," H-Ray concentrates on internationally leading PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production systems. It conducts full-chain R&D and production, from core components such as membrane electrodes, bipolar plates, and coatings, to reliable sealing and automated stack assembly, as well as efficient system integration and testing. The company has established production lines for "membrane electrodes—electrolyzer stacks—systems" and possesses the capability to supply large-scale membrane electrodes and PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production products ranging from 5 to 500 Nm³H₂/h.
During the subsequent discussion session, representatives from both sides provided in-depth introductions to their respective company's development plans and strengths. On one hand, they explored technical exchange and cooperation, leveraging H-Ray's hydrogen energy R&D technology and the Turkish company's manufacturing expertise to jointly establish an overseas subsidiary of H-Ray. On the other hand, they focused on market expansion, planning to collaborate on introducing H-Ray's high-quality hydrogen energy equipment to Turkey and broader international markets. Additionally, they discussed the possibility of jointly participating in international hydrogen energy projects, integrating resources from both sides to achieve complementary advantages and create high-quality hydrogen energy project models.
This visit and exchange undoubtedly built a bridge for collaboration between the two companies. Both sides are filled with enthusiasm and look forward to quickly identifying a suitable cooperation model. They aim to achieve remarkable success together in the promising field of PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production and the broader hydrogen energy industry, opening a new chapter of mutual benefit and shared success.
